Summer Camp Information

When registering please provide the following:

  1. Registration Packet: completed

  2. Birth Certificate (Proof of Identification)*

  3. Virginia Medical Form which includes Physical and Immunization Records*

  4. $50.00 registration fee: check, cash, or credit card

    • If using a credit card for any payments square fees will apply - 3.5% + $.15 per transaction

                   *if your child already attends St Philip ECC please disregard

Sunscreen Fee (one-time summer fee)

$10 (use of school’s sunscreen during camp day)

Half Day

$200.00 per week AM Half-Session (8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.)
$200.00 per week PM Half-Session (1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.)
$175.00 for AM Half-Session for Session week 4 (holiday week: July 1-5)
$165.00 for PM Half-Session for Session week 4 (holiday week: July 1-5)

Full Day

$315.00 per week Full-Day Session
$275.00 per week for Full-Day week 4 (holiday week: July 1-5)


Family Referral Discount  Image result for family

Families that are enrolled in the 19-20 school year get a one time $25 credit per family referred to the summer program.

2nd Child Discount

If more than one child is attending there is a 5% discount on the second child each week.

Pizza is provided for lunch on all Fridays except the last week of camp for $2 / slice

Smoothies (from Smoothie King) are provided for morning snack on Wednesdays for $3/smoothie.
